neatly.
FORMS:
Please make sure that your club name is on
the top of each form. Each
participant must have an entry for name,
rank, age, sex, desired events
and fee.
CHECK-IN & RELEASE FORMS
Upon arrival at the tournament, all
contestants must check in at the registration table. No contestant will be registered
without signing a release form.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Include with registration materials.
Make checks payable to: JKA Newtown
Please do not send anything by registered
mail or any other system where we
are required to sign for the package (we end up getting it later than the
regular mail).
REFUND POLICY:
Requests for refunds must be made prior to
the day of the tournament.
No refunds will be given for no shows
or late contestants.
JUDGES & TOURNAMENT HELPERS:
Judges (must be nidan or higher), score
keepers, timers, etc. are needed.

. VII. REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Registration deadline is Saturday, June 5. Pay five (5) days in full
by June 5 for a $30 discount.
GENERAL INFORMATION
a) You may check into the Academy
dormitory on Tuesday evening,
July 13, after 5pm.
b) Dormitory rooms are NOT provided with pillows, towels,
linen or blankets.
c) Lost key fee is $100.00 and damage deposit is $100.00.
Due to the high price of lost keys and damage deposit this year, we will request
a check deposit of $200 at sign in that will be refunded upon return of the key.
d) All participants must register, sign a
release form,
and make a minimum deposit of
50% of total fees on or before June 5, 2010.
e) Only participants paying in full for 5 days by June 5, 2010
will receive a $30 discount on the total participation fee.
